ELA 5 is more than just one place, it’s a combination of residences, a specialty café, and a full-service laundry, all under one identity, located in the heart of Athens. Our challenge was to bring these distinct services together in a way that feels unified, warm, and welcoming for all visitors and locals alike.
At the same time, each part of ELA 5 also stands on its own. The café and laundry aren’t just for guests, they also serve the wider public, so we created separate campaigns and content for each, highlighting what makes them unique. Whether it’s showcasing the cozy café atmosphere, the convenience and quality of the laundry service, or the stylish apartments, we shape each message to speak directly to its own audience.
Behind the scenes, we handle everything: from daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, to paid ad campaigns, market research, and competitor analysis. The goal is always the same, to grow awareness, build trust, and keep ELA 5 top-of-mind for both locals and travelers alike.
